UK CUSTOMERS

• Your order will be discreetly and securely packaged in an appropriate sized plain Jiffy bag

• For maximum discretion your credit card statement will bare no reference to our company or the items you have purchased. Your card statement will read Ajanta-Direct.com

• All orders placed before 14.30 (GMT) Mon-Fri, will be dispatched on the same day, Orders placed after 14.30 will be sent on the next working day

• Before submitting your order please ensure that your delivery address is correct, it is your responsibility to enter the full and exact delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery if the address has been entered incorrectly

• Orders over £20 are sent by FREE 1st class delivery, orders over £80 by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (Signed For). For orders under £20 don’t forget to add £3 for shipping

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

• All orders are sent airmail delivery using Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For depending on country, which includes customs packaging and labelling

• The cost of shipping to all countries outside of the UK is £7.00 for orders. You will be sent your tracking number with your dispatch confirmation email

• EU orders should be received within 5 - 7 days, but can sometimes take up to 21 days depending on the postal service in your country
  
  
• Worldwide orders (outside of EU) should be received within 7 -14 days, but can sometimes take up to 28 days depending on the postal service in your country
